After photographing Maria recently I thought I would share not one but three RAW Files for you to edit.

When I set out to photography Maria I had a few ideas that I wanted to make sure I captured. For that reason that is why you see so many similar images. The goal is to get a few killer shots during the shoot that would be the ones that Maria can use to shop around as head shots.

Better yet, his set of 18 photos are being auctioned off in two weeks (6/5) for an estimated $100,000! Woah…

The auction will kick off on June 5, 2013 by Sotheby’s auction house in London. The collection is titled “Our Moscow Through the Eyes of Mikki”. The best part? Mikki’s photographs are mostly colorful out-of-focus pictures showing Moscow’s Red Square, nothing short of an infant taking pictures. Mikki received his basic photography education from Russian conceptual artists Vitaly Komar and Alexander Melamid, who work as Komar and Melamid. He was first spotted by the duo at the Moscow Circus. Check out a couple photographs of Mikki below and click the images to view a sample of the chimp’s pricey out-of-focus art: (via Metro News)

I have been waiting a long time to get my hands on the top of the line Canon gear so I can see what it is like on the Dark Side.

I was invited to shoot at a Skatepark opening tonight in Philly and figured now was as good of a time as any to put the camera through some paces. So far the camera feels great with the 70-200 2.8 IS II on it. If you did not know, this camera shoots a mind blowing 12 Frames Per Second. Yes you read that right, it shoots 12 Frames a second which was perfect for shooting these skateboarders and their tricks.

After a quick look through the images I captured the autofocus seems to be really tight and accurate. The colors seem to pop right off the screen but only time will tell whether or not I like it more than the Nikon D4. I think the grain structure looks slightly different but if the focus is on and constant then I will be a happy shooter.
