How many galleries is too many for your photo site? If you’re listing ten or fifteen different photo shoots you’re probably showing too many. My suggestion is to pick the best of the best images and put that into it’s own gallery.

If you have a lot of individual shoots where you would like to showcase the images, simply make a blog for those. A blog is a great way to feature a specific photo shoot and cut down on the amount of galleries on your site.
