I selected this photo today because it shows how you can capture great images no matter what camera you have.  What I like about what Texan Mama is capturing is how she is seeing the image.  I can tell she has an eye for framing and composition.  

I know when she is able to move up into a DSLR we will see some really solid images coming out of her camera.  GREAT WORK!!!

I was in FLA to photograph a wedding and I had the chance to spend the night with the brides maids. That is a story for another day. In the morning I decided to start capturing the day and this scene was laid out in front of me. Aiden was not feeling well so her mother was there to try and comfort her.

When it comes to purchasing a lens what is the most important thing to look at, the f stop. The large the f stop the more light you are going to let in. The more light you let in the better your image quality tends to be.
