This time around I take the Fujifilm X-T2 along with four of their X-series lenses to “Joe Hand Boxing” in Philadelphia. I rented all cameras, lenses and accessories from LensRentals.com for this shoot.
As we know, over the past few years Mirrorless Cameras have taken leaps and bounds as well as marketshare from the traditional DSLR camera. The question continues to be “should I buy a mirrorless camera or dslr”. On one hand you have all the people praising mirrorless for xyz and on the other hand you have other people saying it’s not there yet and it doesn’t let me shot xyz well.
I chose to take this body out to a boxing gym to see how well it does in an action situation. People seem to LOVE this camera for many things from portraits to street photography to weddings, but how will it do in an action situation?
