Rapid Fire Critique #024 - Beginner Photography Critique

When I put out the word that I was doing some Rapid Fire Critiques which never are rapid the other day, Vinnie dropped me a line. Vinnie is a college student who now is the photo editor of his schools paper.

He is shooting mostly with the Nikon D40 which is not a bad little camera for everyday shooting.
