Quick Tip - Vanguard CP-324 Monopod

Here is a quick tip for using a mono pod. Mono pods are very useful when you are using longer, heavier lenses. Some people feel the need to use one with lenses like the 70-200 2.8 but I prefer only using them with longer lenses like the 300 2.8.

In this video I hit on some tips for things to do when using a mono pod. My test subject in this video is the Vanguard CP-324.
