Critiquing work is an important part of growing as a photographer. That doesn’t mean all critiques are good and all people giving critiques should be giving critiques. There’s a way to do and there’s a way not to. I think the way I critiqued Bradley’s work is the proper way. You have to be tough, but you also have to give guidance. You can’t just yell at someone, you need to point them in the right direction.
