Nikon D7100 Unbox and Sniff Test

It is always interesting to Unbox and Sniff test items. Keep in mind this is not a review as I am not able to take sample images or videos with these NEW cameras. Once Nikon sends me one to test out I will create a full on review with sample photos and videos.

The point of the unboxing is to see how the camera feels, how the buttons are and to discuss anything else that comes to mind. I really like how from camera to camera in the Nikon series the buttons and camera layout stay pretty much the same.

I really think this is going to be a very strong camera in the DX line. For anyone just picking up their first camera you can not go wrong starting here. Like I always say don’t forget about glass. The kit lens will serve you well for a little but I think you will outgrow it pretty quick.
