Canon just announced the Development of the EOS R5. A few weeks back we saw rumors and specs for an R5 and if I had to guess, I would say the specs look to be from an internal leak. They are too specific and spot on so far to be anything else.

Being that this is a Development Announcement, Canon did not share to much. But they did say new sensor, IBIS, 8K video 20 FPS silent shooting, Dual Card slots and 7 new RF lenses are on the way.

I’ve said it for over a year…Canon was the sleeper of the bunch, NOT ANY MORE.
