I really love this photo, what makes it even better is the story that goes with it.

All over the Brooklyn Bridge there are various locks many with names, tags, or messages. After doing some Google searching I found out that this started in Rome a few years ago, spread to France and now New York. The idea is that “You lock your heart away and throw the key into the river. So it can’t be reopened.”
