I love shots that not only freeze motion but have slight motion as well. In this image you can see a few of the guys frozen with the one guys hands blurring slightly as he plates the food.

The yellow gold tint is an interesting choice, I am not sure that is how I would have personally edited it. But I really love the moment captured and this was the photographers vision.
