This week’s Friday Flickr Photo Critique comes to us from Jack Westhead of London, UK. I met Jack at the Frotowalk in London across from Royal Albert Music Hall. This critique goes a bit long, but there’s a lot to talk about.
Jack has a good eye for shooting portraits and does a nice job with his models. I think there are many times where Jack needs to task himself to take the photos further. Think outside the box. Come up with a plan and perhaps a theme for doing his shoots. Just because you have a pretty girl and interesting setting does not mean that you instantly have a powerful photograph. Sure it’s great to look at photos of pretty girls, however I am tasking Jack to take his photography to another level.
