With the emergence of video in todays DSLR’s / HDSLR you are left to decide if you should be shooting Stills or Videos when you are out shooting.

I have discovered that if you try to do both at the same time you end up missing both the photos and the quality video moments.

I have found a way to maintain my focus on shooting stills and than turn my focus to capturing video.
