It is always interesting finding a direction to take your edits and its even harder when the photographer who took it is on the other end of the screen.

I really dig Adams muted color photos, I think it pops but not in the normal way with a lot of contrast. He was able to capture a very even color from the bench to the trees to the subject.

When it came to finding the black and white edit for my photo I was so surprised with what I was able to get. I did a small edit in light room than opened the file in Silver Effex Pro 2. I hit one of the sliders and it tightened up the photo so much that I could not believe what I was seeing.

Now I am sure that the software wouldn’t make every single image I take into it pop but what it did was just amazing.
